Amanda Craig and Derek Reynolds met 7 years ago and immediately bonded over their desire to raise the bar for the professional beauty industry in Nashville and beyond.
Since then, Amanda has cultivated her passion for style and beauty, quickly becoming one of the most in-demand stylists in Nashville, working with some of the biggest names in the music industry; Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson, Miranda Lambert, Brett Eldredge, Raelynn, Lee Ann Womack and Gwen Sebastian, among others. Currently, she is traveling with Blake Shelton and working alongside him at The Voice while commuting back to Nashville to work with her salon guests and other music industry clients.
Over that same period, Derek has made a name for himself as a leading beauty industry professional. Alongside celebrated stylist and Redken Brand Ambassador Rodney Cutler, Derek and the Cutler leadership team coach and lead over 100 salon professionals,working over 4 salon locations. In addition to salon clientele, Cutler sponsors nearly 30 shows each season at Fashion Week, hosts an extensive associate and continuing education program for its service providers, and participates in countless photoshoots, events, and partnerships throughout the fashion and beauty industry. Additionally, Derek works as a consultant to over 20 salon companies throughout the country to grow and develop their business, with Summit Salon Business Consulting.
With their new salon company, Leigh, Edwards & Company, they champion a love of the craft, passion for the beauty industry and celebration of individuality.
